Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Are tickets still available?

Yes!  Tickets are still available for purchase online or at the Chamber of Commerce.  We will also be selling tickets at the gates on the day of the event.  We strongly recommend bringing cash to expedite ticket sales at the gates.

2.  Where can I park?

Satellite parking will be available with FREE shuttles to and from the event.  Satellite lots are located in the Sapphire Valley Resort area parking lot and at Jennings Builders Supply.

If you purchased on-site VIP Parking, please follow signs to the Hilltop Community in Sapphire.  Parking attendants will direct you from there.

3.  What are the food and beverage options?

Food will be available for purchase, and Whiteside Brewing Company will be selling their local craft beer on site.  Guests are also welcome to bring coolers.

4.  I purchased my tickets online.  Do I need to print my email confirmation?

For all online purchases, your email confirmation IS YOUR TICKET.  Please be prepared to present this email at the gate.   You will need to either print your e-ticket or download it to your mobile device.  We cannot guarantee cell reception at the venue, so be sure to download or screenshot any necessary information beforehand.

5.  What time are the fireworks?

The headlining performance, the Kurt Thomas Band, is scheduled to play around 8:00 pm.  Fireworks will follow the final performance at/around 9:30 pm.

Gates open at 4:30, with performances by Hurricane Creek and Jay Drummonds preceding the headlining Kurt Thomas Band.
