Ceci Drago

Ceci has been a member of the BGCP team since mid-2021 and has held several roles, including Tech Coordinator, Youth Development Coordinator, and Workforce Readiness Coordinator. She now serves as the Director for the Highlands location.

Ceci graduated from Western Carolina University in December 2024 with a degree in Parks and Recreation Management. Having worked with children since high school, she is deeply passionate about youth development. She strives to create a vibrant and engaging culture at the camp and has introduced new traditions to excite and connect members. In her free time, Ceci enjoys spending time in the kitchen, whipping up delicious baked goods and delectable meals to share. She also loves playing board games and video games with friends and spending time outdoors, especially during the warmer months.
