Max Watson

Max Watson joined the Boys & Girls Club of the Plateau as Education Director in October 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in public education from his previous role in St. Petersburg, Florida. With expertise across multiple grade levels, Max possesses an in-depth knowledge of classroom curriculum and state education standards. His dedication to lifelong learning is reflected in his academic achievements, including degrees in music and philosophy, a Master’s in Elementary Education, and current doctoral studies in education (Ed.D.). Driven by a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, Max aims to develop a dynamic and impactful education program that empowers BGCP’s education specialists and youth development professionals, supporting club members in reaching their fullest personal and academic potential.
