Barbara Sinsley

Barbara Sinsley is the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Privacy Officer of MeldCX PTY LTD. , a global AI analytics software company, as well as a Director of Heritage Global Inc. (HGBL). Mrs. Sinsley specializes in consumer financial laws and regulations, as well as working with technology and fintech platform providers focused on anonymized analytics, security, compliance, and data privacy. Ms. Sinsley was a class-action litigator and regulatory counsel for many years.
