Kathryn Davis

Kathryn has had the pleasure of calling the spectacular mountains of Cashiers home for the past twenty years. Her family relocated here from Atlanta, GA when she was four. 

She attended both Summit Charter School and Blue Ridge Early College. Her upbringing, education, and professional endeavors provide her with a unique perspective on the Plateau area. She has an innate desire to be a part of its sustainable growth. 

Kathryn's personal passions range far and wide. They consist of two core themes: her hometown, and making a difference. Kathryn enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Charles, and her pups. She  loves hiking as well as exploring local crafting shows and boutiques with her friends. She also spends a portion of her time mentoring her younger siblings and sharing her home with them. Ultimately, she has found her true passion in being a fully immersed member of the community. 

Kathryn loves spending time as a volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club of the Plateau, and adores the opportunity she has to help shape today’s youth. She serves as a member of the Leadership Cashiers Alumni Council, and the BRS Booster Club. She is an active participant in the Cashiers Area Chamber of Commerce. 

Professionally, Kathryn owns and operates Davis & Co. Concierge. She founded her company with the dream of truly making a difference in lives and helping others enjoy the Plateau to the fullest. Whether it's full-service property management or one of their many concierge services, the main goal of her company is to enable her clients to have a stress free experience during their time on the Plateau. Her passion for the area translates through her work, and there is nothing she’d rather do than help others spend more time on what truly matters in life!
